需要有手作或书法基础吗？Do I need experience?
欢迎初学者。预约时说明基础程度，由老师推荐适合的内容。Beginners are welcome. Tell us about your experience so the instructor can suggest a suitable project.
儿童可以参加吗？Can children take part?
可以提交儿童或亲子预约。请填写年龄，材料、难度与家长陪同安排由书院确认。Request a child or family session and include ages. Boya confirms suitable materials, difficulty and parent accompaniment.
可以选择英文授课吗？Can I request instruction in English?
可以在备注中填写英文授课需求，书院会根据老师与项目安排确认。Request English instruction in your notes. Boya will confirm based on the instructor and workshop.
提交表单就预约成功了吗？Is my booking confirmed when I submit?
提交的是预约申请。具体日期、时段与名额需收到书院确认；付款也不代表时段自动确认。Submitting a form creates a request. Your date, time and place need confirmation from Boya; payment does not automatically confirm a slot.
怎样付款？How do I pay?
首次非遗体验目前支持保存报名后通过Square支付，到账需书院核实。其他课程与卡项请先咨询。First-time craft bookings can be saved before paying through Square; Boya verifies receipt. Enquire first for other classes and cards.
如何取消或改期？How do I cancel or reschedule?
请尽早联系书院，取消、改期与退款条件需在付款前确认。本站目前未公布统一取消政策。Contact Boya as early as possible. Confirm cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before paying; a single policy has not yet been published.
礼卡现在可以直接购买和兑换吗？Can I buy and redeem gift cards online?
东方礼赠目前接受咨询，尚未开放在线支付、自动发卡或兑换。使用范围与有效期需购买前确认。Experience gifts currently accept enquiries. Online payment, automatic delivery and redemption are not yet available. Confirm eligibility and validity before purchase.
如何使用报名资料？How is my information used?
姓名与联系方式用于预约沟通、课程安排及付款核对。请勿在备注填写信用卡资料。Names and contact details are used for booking communication, scheduling and payment matching. Do not enter card details in your notes.
